USPS is our preferred domestic shipping partner. We ship internationally via Express services provided by DHL and UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package ships. Orders may be split and sent to multiple addresses if you purchase the additional shipping label(s). Should you need to delay or alter shipment timing, or arrange to split an order, please contact us at orders@joriebreonn.com.
Customs, Duties + Other Fees
The shipping fee that you pay at checkout does NOT include or cover any additional duties, customs, taxes or other such fees that may be levied by your local government upon the parcel's arrival to your country. We trust that you are familiar with the practices of your particular locale as it pertains to parcels received from the US and any such charges are not covered nor will be reimbursed by us.
Insurance
All international parcels are fully insured, so should your item be lost in transit we will file a claim and, at your direction, either resend your piece(s) or issue you a refund. Insurance claims cannot be filed until the tracking data fails to update for a minimum of four (4) weeks.

We want you to absolutely love your Jorie Breonn jewelry! Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, any undamaged piece(s) that you are unhappy with may be returned within thirty (30) days from the day that your package was marked delivered per the shipment tracking history.
Before mailing anything back to us we ask that you please:
  • Send a quick note to returns@joriebreonn.com and let us know what the issue is - chances are we can make it right! :) Please include your order number and indicate which item(s) you would like to return.
  • Understand that while we do include complimentary shipping with some purchases, we DO NOT cover or reimburse return shipping and insurance fees. Items may be sent back to us via any class of mail in a padded/bubble mailer or a box and MUST include a tracking number for your return to be processed.
  • Repackage any chain + pendant piece in a ziplock bag similar to how you received it, with the pendant and chain separated by the ziplock to prevent marking and/or entanglement during transit.
Broken Chains + Repairs
Some of our pieces include delicate components, such as thin chains and tiny clasps. While designed to be reasonably durable, necklaces that get caught in clothing or are regularly worn within the reach of a little one can (and do!) sometimes break. If you find yourself with a broken chain we offer the following options:
  • As a one-time courtesy for broken necklaces, we will send you a replacement chain for a nominal fee. The replacement fee, for example, of a basic gold-filled or silver cable chain is $25. Shipping is on us.
  • Alternatively, you may send the piece back to us for professional repair (which includes a new chain), shipped and insured at your own expense, for a fee of $45. Return shipping is on us.
To arrange for a replacement chain or to set up a repair send an email to repairs@joriebreonn.com. Repair of 14k gold pieces will be quoted on a case-by-case basis, but rest-assured we are not 'in the business of jewelry repair' and as such will always be as fair as possible!

Sizing Tips
1- If your measurement falls between two ring sizes, order the LARGER size.

2- Whenever your knuckle is bigger than the base of your finger, measure both places and choose a size in-between the two.

3- Your fingers are smaller in the morning and in cold weather. The best time to measure is at the end of the day when your fingers are warm.

4- The fingers on your dominant hand are typically bigger.

Care + Maintenance
How to Love It
1.
Remove your jewelry when showering or swimming (especially at the beach!), when exercising, when working in the garden, when doing chores that involve household cleaners, when applying cosmetics, perfumes, oils, moisturizers or tanning sprays and before bed.
2.
Do not let your jewelry come into direct contact with abrasive cleaning products, nail polish remover or hairspray.
3.
Whenever practicable, your jewelry should be the last thing that you put on and the first thing that you take off each day.
4.
Store your Jorie Breonn pieces - separately - in the velvet pouches that each one arrived in. The friction or scratching that would occur from the metal to metal contact of multiple pieces kept in the same pouch could wear down the jewelry's plating.
5.
Occasionally wipe your pieces down with a soft polishing cloth to remove anything that could damage its finish and to restore its shine.
How to Clean It
14k Gold
Create a solution of warm water (never hot) and a soap-free detergent or dish soap and carefully brush your jewelry with a new, soft baby toothbrush. Thoroughly dry your piece(s) after. Keep in mind that gold is a soft metal so be gentle while both brushing and drying it.
14k Gold Plated
When a piece is starting to look a bit dull, restore its shine with a soft polishing cloth. Should it appear particularly dirty, create a solution of warm (never hot) water and a soap-free detergent or dish soap. Carefully brush your jewelry with a new, soft baby toothbrush and thoroughly dry it after.
** Always avoid harsh jewelry cleaners! **
14k Gold Fill Chains
Put your chain under warm (not hot) water and gently rub with a new, soft baby toothbrush to get into the links and clean them well. Never rub your gold fill chain too harshly with a jewelry cleaner or cloth as this could damage the piece unnecessarily.
Sterling Silver
All silver inevitably tarnishes when exposed to air and light but to restore its original gleam use a silver jewelry cleaning product such as Weiman Silver Polish. Also, always thoroughly dry your silver jewelry after exposure to water.
