Returns + Exchanges
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from JORIE BREONN. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED, UNWORN Product within twenty (20) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any Product back to us, please make certain to adhere to the following process:
  • You must notify JORIE BREONN by email (returns@joriebreonn.com) within twenty (20) days of accepting delivery of the Product to obtain a "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Alternatively you may call us directly at 646.504.0633.
  • You must provide "proof of purchase," represented by any one of the following: your purchase invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from JORIE BREONN or a delivery note. Proof of purchase must be emailed to returns@joriebreonn.com prior to receiving a RMA number.
  • The Product must be returned to the addresses provided to you upon obtaining a RMA number. For International returns, you must mark "Return" on the courier company's consignment so that the Product does not attract possible customs duties and/or taxes again.
  • You must return the Product in its original condition.
  • You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product.
  • You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with return of the Product.
Refund Policy
We will refund the purchase price for the Product, less any original shipping costs within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. If you paid by credit card, refund time will depend upon the individual credit or debit card company’s policies. If you paid via PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE OR FINAL SALE.
Gift Vouchers + eGift Cards
Once purchased, gift vouchers and eGift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Warranties
All JORIE BREONN products come with a six (6) month limited warranty. You acknowledge that the Product requires special maintenance as outlined in the care instructions included within your item(s) original packaging. JORIE BREONN will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by you to maintain and care for the Product properly. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer monitor.
The Trade Practices Act of 1974 may confer rights and remedies on you which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified ("Non-excludable Rights"). Notwithstanding any other term in this Agreement, JORIE BREONN does not exclude any Non-excludable Rights but does exclude all other conditions and warranties, whether implied by custom, law or statute.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged Product, JORIE BREONN will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:

Upon confirmation of adherence to the aforementioned process, JORIE BREONN will refund the purchase price to you in full, replace the Product or exchange it for a different Product. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. If you paid by credit card, refund time will depend upon the individual credit or debit card company’s policies. If you paid via PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is still available. JORIE BREONN can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to make an exchange, please indicate so when requesting your RMA number.
